Hi just received my new phone I was originally with o2 and when ording my new phone I given over my pac code to keep my number but I've received a sim today with a different number on i have im not sure now on the process to transfer my old number

@Lsnowey   They can not port your number to a new sim before you get the sim as you need to activate the EE SIM card first. It will taken take up to 24 hours to migrate across.  If it’s not done today your number should be ported Monday/Tuesday as ports do not happen over the weekend. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
