sim reg failed before getting new sim

both my sims have been stopped before getting new ones after upgrade and

really **bleep**ed off as my mother has hours left to live and we cant be contacted

or call out as this is our only way of comunication

Welcome to the Community. 

 

I'm very sorry to hear about your Mother and I understand how important it must be to stay in touch.

 

Upgrading shouldn't affect your ability to use your existing SIM. What kind of upgrade was it? Pay monthly to pay monthly, or were you upgrading from pay as you go?

 

Did you get a new phone as part of your upgrade?
