sim card delivery

I ordered a SIM on the 5/1. It still has not arrived, I can not access the online chat as it keeps saying 'awaiting connection' (internet is working fine), I tried to call but due to not having an EE phone number yet, I couldn't get through! GRRRR

SIM cards are usually delivered within 2-5 working days but may take slightly longer if there are any postal delays in your local area.

I'd recommend allowing a little longer for it to arrive before ordering a replacement.
