replacement sim for different phone

I have a pay as you go contract, using a phone with a larger sim card.  I now have an iphone which needs a very small sim card.  How do I get a replacement sim card with the same phone number and without losing the credit I have on the old one?

Hi @RSM34

If your existing SIM is of the "pop-out" variety, then you can just pop the appropriate size out of the full-size SIM yourself.

If you don't currently have a "pop-out" style multi-SIM, then you can order one here

Order a replacement SIM online at Order a replacement SIM for £1.50 or phone CS for one. It will come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.

Thank you so much for your tip - I didn't realise there was such a thing as a pop-out Sim card for the three sizes.  I tried it this morning and it works perfectly.  Brilliant!!
