Hello my name is ********* I desperately need a new sim card and ordered on Tuesday 12/01/21 but have not yet received one I got an email saying your sim is ready to go Can anyone help? Thanks:)

SIMs are posted using 2nd class Royal Mail post, which is subject to delays lately. 1 of mine took 11 days.

 

You did order a replacement SIM so as to keep your no?
