"How Satisfied were you with the Delivery of your SIM Card?" - It's not arrived

I got the text as per the subject from EE, but I've not got my SIM yet. All I've got so far is a DD confirmation letter. Can someone let me know what's going on? Has it been sent to the wrong place or something? I ordered Sunday if that helps.

SIM orders will arrive within 2-5 working days.

 

If you would like to check the address, please get in touch with our Mobile Care team they will check this for you.

Today is the 5th working day and nothing. Do I need to call up, and get charged by my provider for what is likely EE's mistake? Do they think because I have my old sim that they had already sent it? They claimed it was dispatched 28th June. I don't really understand why there's no tracking for a company like EE - it's pathetic. I know this isn't your fault, but it's incredibly aggravating how the service has managed to be terrible before I've even joined properly. Especially after seeing these 2:
