poor start

I recently joined EE through the voucher code link to receive £90 in Amazon vouchers. Unfortunately after three phone calls and two complaint messages, I've had no response or interest show in my issue. I wanted to use the amazon vouchers to buy christmas presents but I'm still waiting on them. To top this off, I have had such poor signal since receiving the Sim card even though the coverage checker says that there should be no problems. I called a competitor network provider who has offered me a great deal and I am very much swayed on switching after only 2 months of being with EE. Even then, when calling, I have waited for over an hour to get through to an agent and had no luck. 

 

Will I ever be helped?

Is your EE SIM a PAYG SIM or a pay-monthly one? There are circumstances where it can make a difference.

 

Do other EE users in your same location have problems?

It is a pay monthly one, I’m not too sure whether anyone else has problems I don’t know many people in my area. 

Do you experience these problems indoors, outdoors or both?

 

Have you checked your area for reported issues on the coverage & status checker ? Use the "I have a problem" option.

Yes and it always says that there are no problems.
