Hi,
I cant seem to get hold of anyone by phone to tell me whats happening.
I placed an order on the 20th for the new apple watch and was told to call which I did and confirmed the order
.
But the tracking number I was given shows nothing, and its been nearly a month.
Yet the website says they're in stock:
order: xxxxxxxxxxxx
I can also see my contract started yesterday and I have no device, so am now being charged for a service and device I have no access to.
Please advise.

To discuss amongst your fellow users general problems & queries that could apply to anybody. Such issues are far-flung & widely applicable.
Obviously, we users, being the general public, would have no knowledge or access to your specific a/c & indeed are prevented by various Data Protection Acts from doing so for your own good. Accordingly such specific a/c queries can only be referred to EE with whom you have a commercial relationship.
