phone due to arrive today but no update

last friday i pre ordered the new iphone se and in the confirmation email it said it was due to arrive today, but i have had no update since no email no text nothing and the tracking doesnt seem to work, am i getting my phone or not? im really confused as the phone cost came out of my bank can someone please help?

managed to sort it all out just had to give a quick phone call and got it all sorted no problem phone now arriving monday 👍
