Ive contacted you previously about my change in circumstances, yet you continue to attempt to take direct debits out before my agreed payment date, you then dissconect my home broadband, a payments has been made, unable to contact you via mobile when you claim calls are free yet you want 25p to make a call. Everytime i log in to my acvountvi get logged out. Totally **bleep** with you

What services do you have with EE? You mention home broadband and therefore also home phone. You mention 25p to call C/S which suggests PAYG mobile, but then direct debits?

 

There's no account access via the forum in any case, so we can't advise on your specific circumstances.

How the hell can you contact customer service off a mobile for free?? 

The mobile setvice is rubbish here as well today as is 4g

@Jonsi1962 , do you have an EE pay as you go mobile? I believe that if you ring 150 it is free and if you look at contact us, there is a free number you could use, unfortunately there is no account access here in the forums.
