Hi I have a sharer/gifting plan currently with 2 sims.
A family member has a PAYG phone and for Christmas I'd like to offer her to join my plan
(so they get 2yrs free calls, texts and data)
She may not accept the gift so I'm looking at ways of offering it. Maybe with the 14 day cooling off period if I sign up for another cheap low data sim.
How does this happen, I can only find a link to switch from payg to contract, but she would have to do it. In this case do I add another sim then transfer the number afterwards?

There is nowhere to enter their number when completing checkout.
im logged in and it shows card holder address, use current DD, delivery address... then just one space to enter a PAC if moving from another network.
where do I put the PAYG number?

Hello @ukguy1.
The number your entering must be under your name.
If this is not the case the account holder must request this change which can be done by speaking to our pay as you go team.
Katie 🙂

Ok @Katie_B
so that takes me back to my original question🙂
shall I sign up to the additional sin first, which will get a temporary number.
then ask the family member to call CS to request the transfer?
on this basis my question is answered that a number from PAYG can be moved to an additional sim

You also need to be available to give your permission as it's your contract SIM that is having its no. changed.
