Hi, I ordered a iPhone 12 pro max on the 6th of November and last week got an update saying expected between the 16th-21st, today I check my update to see it’s changed back to “awaiting expected date” this is unacceptable it’s been 6 weeks, will I get this phone before Christmas or not?

@Jaderyle That’s going to depend if Apple can send enough devices for EE to send out to all the customers who want their device and how ordered that model type before you. don’t forget there’s been a worldwide pandemic and parts are short in supply because of it and Apple are trying to get more devices produced to send out to their customers so they themselves can send them on to you.

O2 have them in stock for next day delivery I will not wait any longer as 8 weeks is long enough. Got lied to from the very start so I would take out a phone contract what’s nearly a £100 a month. Cancel my order.

World wide pandemic which lockdown was lifted months ago... *bleep* EE. Funny how three, o2, and Voda all have them in stock for next day delivery but I’ve been waiting since the 6th of November.

Well said @Jaderyle. The service has been absolutely shocking. If there are no phones in supply, stop selling them or be honest about long delays. They took £141 off me for an early upgrade fee for a phone I probably won't get for 6 weeks. Took the money but did not tell me about delay. Customer services have been shocking. My partner ordered exact same model and size as my through Three last Wednesday and got the phone on the Friday.
