Ordered and paid for an upgrade on Monday, you have taken the money and advised phone would be dispatched in 2 days which changed to 7 days when order was placed. Have heard nothing since - have called 150 which is automated. When will my phone arrive, particularly angry as today instead of answering your phones you are sending texts offering me free upgrades for black friday, when you have already taken my money and not sent a phone. Please update me this evening
