open account for wifi mini with a pay as you go sim

Does anyone know how to set up a new account with a pay as you go without receiving a text as I can't receive one on my mini

I can't work out how to set up an account for my 4gee mini without having to receive a text which I clearly can't on my mini.  Does anyone know how to do this please?

You can view your Texts on your WiFi mini Router by looking into the Router via the Admin Login.

Most mobile routers are able to do texts. Look for the SMS tab.
