old nokia phone

Im no tech  and im up grading my phone from an old nokia to a all singin all dancin smarty phone. How the hell do i transfere my contacts from an old larger size sim to a tiny little thingy that this new phone will come with????

Chances are your contacts are on the phone, not the SIM, & unless Nokia provide a way to transfer those you can't.
