i upgraded my plan on the 10th of September, my phone got dispatched on the 11th with estimated delivery on the 14th and it still hasn't arrived and i haven't received any email updates either. the other big problem is my phone decided to die on me so i cant see if i have had any text messages from the delivery company. is there any way i can get around this. thank you
