hello i did a early upgrade to the iphone 12 pro gold and also added a extra sim only plan but i have not had no email confirmation about any order.money already come out of my bank.

hi yes ive checked all spam/junk folders. only over a week ago so not actually expecting the items to arrive yet, but would like a copy of the order confirmation.

hi live chat is now working if u want to try them instead of waiting a long time to phone them hope you get it sorted out 

ive just been on live chat. items arnt due to be delivered so not sure why they said they would be here today when i spoke with them last night.

also saying that due to security they cant send me any confirmation email
