Hi i orderd the huawie mate 20 with the free nintendo switch not had email back just after placed order said will get a txt from dpd derlivery time but no email.of u guys can u help so i no whats going on plz thanks

@Barny  You’ll need to call customer services about this as there is no account access from here. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
