no SMS received after I have ported my Lycamobile number to EE!

I can call and receive calls  I can send sms but no sms has been received. I cannot verify any internet banking....

When did you port your number into EE?

 

Can you receive texts from other phones, or is it only "OTP" type messages that are affected?

 

Depending when you ported in, you may need to call EE C/S to make sure everything has fully updated with the transfer.
