I order for new SIM card , pay on go 

since 2/12 , I didn’t receive it yet and I don’t know my reference number ? 
how I can track the order ??

Welcome to the community.

 

SIM cards are sent through Royal Mail and typically arrive within 4 working days.

 

You should have received it by now. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that they can find out what's happened and organise a replacement.
