i am trying to log in my account from last three days but unsuccessful and if i call 150 they said it will charged 25pm

@praful_63 if you’re a PAYG customer it’s a flat rate not per minute rate. You pay a small fee no matter how long the call is.
And if you have any issues logging into your account you will need to call customer services and request a reset your online account.
