I have received an email saying I have an over due payment only had my phone for two weeks they are saying for a business account I dont have any business of any kind not even used my mobile yet 

No WiFi connection

I have an issue with my WiFi. It is connected fine according to EE. Yet it won't let me onto my WiFi. Says I have to contact my broadband provider. ( yes my bills have been paid) has anyone else had this issue? How was it resolved?
