My iPhone 8 will not update. Saying not connected to the internet when it is. I can not make or receive calls or texts. No service at all other than over Wi-fi. I’ve turned on and off. Too worried to do a reset as the phones not been backed up. Can’t call EE as I’ve no service. TIA

@Nataliebartlett Try a network reset on the device. This will not remove your information from the device. You will have to put your WiFi passwords back on after this.
