Hi,
could you please let me know when I can expect my upgrade?
I was told by customer service when I made the order it would be dispatched within 7-10 days. We are on day 10 but have had no sign of delivery soon.

Really? There are many threads explaining the issues with iPhone deliveries.
There are no iphones and until EE receive a shipment or some stock then you will have to wait. You will need to keep checking EE order tracking:
https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails
When your delivery is due you'll receive a text from DPD.

When I try to track my order it says ‘sorry, we cant show your order details right now’

Could I request some help with this query please?
im just wondering when it’s likely to receive the upgrade as the website states it’s in stock for dispatch within 7-10 days but have yet to heard anything.
the tracking number I have been provided also doesn’t work

Hi,
recieved my phone, 3 weeks later than specified. But, it was delivered to the wrong address without my knowledge as I’d never received notification to say it was on its way or anything. Not sure if this is an EE or DPD fault but either way it’s shocking. Thankfully it was sent to an address that an honest person lives in so they managed to get it to me. Never had an issue with EE before but this was unbelievable.

I'm sorry to hear it was delivered to the wrong address, if you'd like this to be investigated further I'd recommend getting in touch with DPD so they can check to see what happened with the delivery.
