How long should I expect for my iPhone 13 pro delivery in sierra blue

I’m still waiting for mine in silver. I ordered it on 3/10/21 and I got told I would have to wait 28 days from making the order so mine should be delivered this week coming hopefully as that’s when my new contract starts. However I haven’t had any information regarding it and I haven’t had confirmation that they have received my trade in phone 😕
