Returning my iPhone 11 pro max

I oredered a new iPhone 13 pro max and knew i would have to wait a while. I have received the returns pack but I keep getting emails that my phone needs to be sent back by tomorrow or they will add on a upgrade fee. Will they extend this till i get my new phone?

@Maisiesinclairx  have you called customer services about this ? I recommend you do. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I did and he said it is a routine email. But they keep sending them and my phone has now been delayed 3 weeks more.

Hi, I called and explained this as I am dealing with the same thing and they extended it.
