Anyone no what’s going on with EE UPGRADES I upgraded to the iPhone 13 pro max weeks ago I’ve got my return pack and being told to return now or I’ll be charged over £600 but I still have no delivery date on my new phone so I’m not sending my current phone in
anyone got any ideas

@Rich71 once Apple can produce enough devices for everybody’s orders in every colour and every storage option then you get your device. Your not the only one wanting this device and EE is just 1 of 4 networks in the uk that sell the device and that’s not to mention all the other networks around the world, all third-party sellers including Apple themselves. and also the fact that there’s probably production issues because of the current issues in the world.

@Rich71 dont expect too much, this is the first time ive pre ordered the iphone, pre ordered on 17th set up payment to finish my current contract on my next billing date and signed the contract, called in on 23rd because ive not recieved any order confirmation notification and they advised that they had cancelled the order for no known reason still looking to take payment that was agreed from the 17th call, re preordered the phone on the 23rd and they advided that they adjusted the amount to be taken, missed release date delivery due to this, ee taken amount that was set up on the 17th as they didnt adjust it, order has been on track and updated to be on track as of yesterday with expected delivery between 15th and 19th and now its changed to awaiting confirmation
