iPhone 13 pro max upgrade and delivery

I ordered my upgrade on Tuesday just got (21st Sept), paid the £100 fee and all the rest of it, man on the phone was lovely but said that I have a good chance of getting it on launch day or the day after, I have actually not received anything to say this and my delivery status is “confirmed” and has been since Tuesday, EE are now saying 21 days for it to get here, someone help😵💫

same here did upgrade Tuesday and was told same as you and delivery says same

Hi I’ve ordered an iPhone 13 pro max …. And I did a trade in too. Worried I’ll get the trade in envelope before the phone and won’t get the phone in time what shall I do?

You won't need to return your phone until you receive your upgrade and transfer all your data 🙂

 

If you have not received the iPhone before the date given to return your existing phone, please give us a call on 150.
