iPhone 13 pro Max

I pre-ordered the IPhone 13 Pro Max on the 18th and since the release on Friday I have tried tracking my order and it just keeps saying “sorry can’t show your details right now”. I thought I would of heard something by now?

Hi. 

I am due an upgrade and as per the notifications to me. The link will not let me pre order this. It says “available from 17th September”. 

any ideas why I can’t carry this out.

If the tracker has not updated, I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call so they can check your account and give you an update.

I can’t get through to anyone?!? My new phone isn’t arriving until between the 15th of October and the 19th of October. But I have to send my trade in back by the 8th. Can anything be done about this thanks.
