iPhone 13 Pro Max handsets received?

I know there have been similar topics posted but it would appear that every time I contact customer services regarding my order I appear to be getting conflicting information so though I would post here.

 

Has anyone that ordered in October 2021 actually received their phones and if so what was the timeframe? 

 

I know its more than 28 days and my order was placed on 20/10/2021 so I have some days still to go but I have been reading a lot of people on here recommending contacting EE as their orders have been sent back or errors in order tracking.

 

Anyone managed to get the order tracker to show the correct information?

 

Note: I know the apple website saying 28 days before anyone mentions the apple timelines.

@PL77 I'm glad its come for you, meanwhile I have still heard nothing but keep getting told first come first serve basis however people that ordered after me, such as yourself, have received theirs. Will have to give a call and see if they can look into it any further as you did.
