Hi I have been getting no updates for my order. I ordered on the 23rd of November and have messages to say it’s coming soon but still not date of delivery. It has been over the 21 days just wondered when it’ll be delivered?
@Jemimaxw It says usually dispatched within 21 days not that it will be dispatched in 21 days. EE can only send out what apple send EE to ship out. Give it a day or so longer then call customer services about it.

Okay, I just keep getting texts saying that it’s coming soon but no information on the link has changed as in no delivery date is confirmed or even a rough estimate of delivery
