How long does it take to get your pre order iPhone 12 pro? Will you get it on release date?? 

Will you get updates on delivery and be given a date on when you receive the phone?

Exact same thing happened to me - promised delivery on the day of launch, and now EE just say within 14 days. All a bit of a shambles, to be honest.

I can assure you this is not the case as someone from your online chat stated that it’s a first come first serve basis but the processing is automatic via computer so this does not work.....

False advertisement and when I stated that I would be speaking to the consumer protect in regards to falsely advertising and misleading information on their website the online chat completely shut down and I was unable to use it as it said it was to busy

I had no information regarding my order, no E-mail or text to say it had been dispatched. I spoke to 3 people, each gave me a different date and one of the said it could be up to 2 weeks so I have been very annoyed.

About 10 minutes ago DPD turned up at my door and delivered my new iPhone, so keep the faith. It may just be late delivery that'll arrive late afternoon.
