That's right, if you aren't receiving your phone today, it should be dispatched within 14 days.

I pre ordered the Pacific blue Pro 12 last Friday and still no word, thought I would of been the first few to get it today as Alot of people didn't order it till this week

Is that supposed to be a valid explanation? Why were all of these people, myself included, told that they would receive it on day of release? Why were we not informed when you realised that wouldn’t happen? Poor poor poor customer service.

I can only assume how much they care about us. The only reason why I did the pre order thing it was because I was hoping to get it today, on 23rd, not on November the 6th.
