Hi I ordered an iPhone 12 pro nearly two weeks ago. I received and order confirmation with order number, I am, however, unable to use the order tracker as it rejects my input as soon as I enter the order number .. so failing the form field validation.
The tracker expects a 10 digit number, I have been provided a reference that starts xko followed by 9 digits,.
Download the DPD app and register as soon as they get the paperwork they will inform you but they are a complete shower of so give yourself 24/48 hours more than what they say as they are meant to be delivering mine today even though they apparently don’t have it even though EE say otherwise and I believe EE over DPD
