My order of an iPhone 12 pro in silver 128g was made on the 23rd of October. I was told two weeks MAXIMUM. I now have been waiting over a month. The communication is appalling! I’ve phoned 150 four times and received different run arounds each time. My tracker has been on the expected shipping in 24 hours for 3 weeks and has bow changed to dispatched, however it also says “dispatched on 22nd October” ... how is that possible when I placed the order on the 23rd and still have not received it. I need a straight answer as I am VERY close to cancelling my contract and going elsewhere.

I’m the same as you Ordered mine on 3rd novemeber and still waiting I’m new to EE and this is just ridiculous worst customer service around hard to speak to them as I haven’t got an ee number yet getting **bleep** I’m given them 48 hours to send it or I’m cancelling it and going else where
