Keep getting no sim card inserted error been since got phone but getting worse. Dropping calls after every 3 mins. I work for the NHS partly in work and other at home but now have no reliable phone when taking important calls!  Diagnostic check has been completed not worked. Has anyone actually had a phone fixed or is ultimately a new model required as I see this is a known fault with this model.

Have you been able to try the SIM card in another phone at all to see if you get the same message?

 

Have you spoken to our Tech Gurus about the error message?

Yes I spoke to someone on Monday they gave me their email address to contact if any further problems after diagnostic check.  I emailed last night am still awaiting a response.  I really need a reliable phone ASAP.
