Hello 👋 all
can anyone who place order for iPhone 12 pro max 512Gb. Can confirmed if they have had any communication from EE about delivery dates are expecting there iPhone tomorrow 13.11.20.
Reason asking I have place my order upgrade still awaiting email are text about delivery. Have contact EE customer service today honestly they seem unable to help are check what’s going on

I having the exact same problem, do you think it’s worth ringing , as my delivery due for tomorrow but still hasn’t been dispatched

If your delivery is due tomorrow, you'll receive a text message from DPD before 8pm with your delivery details.

morning I would advise any customer of EE don’t try do any upgrades on EE website has this wouldn’t work. It’s best to ring and speak directly with the upgrade team’s other thing you might need to ring more than once. Because there constantly issue with speaking with there customers Servixe team they never seem to understand your request but try to assume what your calling for take myself around three called to get one simple request done ✅ I place my order on 6th November nothing change are happening I called directly on 12th November was told my order was on back order for 28days. However he cancelled my web order place new one there on than to my surprise my iPhone pro max 512gb was delivered 13th November yep 👍 the very next day

It just seems easier placing orders online a little to easy ...it seems quiet common how orders placed online have more then one problem or the other where it’s cancelling the order . Another issues is cause it’s done online when you phone directly they have no acknowledgement of the order place .
