Hello 👋 all
can anyone who place order for iPhone 12 pro max 512Gb. Can confirmed if they have had any communication from EE about delivery dates are expecting there iPhone tomorrow 13.11.20.
Reason asking I have place my order upgrade still awaiting email are text about delivery. Have contact EE customer service today honestly they seem unable to help are check what’s going on

Hi I’ve just been told deliveries are been picked up tonite and il get a txt 8pm from dpd saying my phone due for delivery tomorrow if not il call the number

So it seems that EE discriminates those who can’t call the upgrade team directly?!
they say it’s a first come first served basis but it’s not, since the online orders are being ignored and people who make a call are being rushed to the front of the queue. Disgusting, as I’ve been waiting a month myself.

That isn't the case. All orders, whether placed online, over the phone or in our retail stores are being fulfilled on a first come first serve basis.

Every IPhone 12 Pro Max thread here is full of people waiting and then there are those who called the CS, their orders were cancelled and redone over the phone, only to skip the queue, so that’s that. Why not merge all the requests about the iPhone 12 Pro Max into one thread and give an honest reply?

To be honest I’ve ordered my iphone 12 pro max 512gb on the 4th December, extremly dissapointed due to EE not comuncating about this, i do understand that there’re a lot of orders to fulfill but this extremely unfair, how long should we wait, someone replying saying it’s coming soon and thats it, just so you know that, it doesn’t help, please come up with something EE cause you are loosing customers, because of poor communication.

After waiting 46 days and 4 calls to chase for any meaningful update I have decided to cancel my order with EE. I placed my order in store on the 12/12/20.
Today I received a call from Shane after I requested a PAC code yesterday asking me about my reasons for leaving EE. Amongst other things I explained that EE shouldn't still be listing the iPhone 12 Max Pro 512gb Graphite colour on the EE Shop as "In Stock" which I have taken a screenshot off. He told me despite this I was wrong, asked him to hold while I pull the page up and he prompt disconnected the call. He asked me several times what I would like him to do about it. I gave several suggestions, one of which was to provide customers with better transparency on the delays and not give out false impressions that order will be fulfilled in 28 day on average. Rather than listen, he was argumentative and says this is all completely "out of EE's hands".
Take some ownership EE, you are suggestion still as of this time of writing 13:43 on 28/01/21 that the model is in stock on your website. I suspect being transparent will send customers looking elsewhere. As soon as my other products I have currently from EE are due for renewal I will be moving on to another provider.
