I ordered the iPhone 12 pro (gold 128gb) in store a month ago and was told it would take 2 weeks to come. Fine.
Two weeks pass and all I have is an estimated delivery date of 25-30th on my order tracking. So why now on the 25th has the estimated delivery date disappeared and reverted back to “awaiting confirmation”?!
I understand there have been supply issues and delivery can be delayed but I’m paying for an out of contract XS (my contract will be the same price for the 12 pro), and was told it would take two weeks. EE have provided no updates other than my weekly Thursday text of “your order is on track” - well no it’s not on track is it EE, it’s nowhere to be seen, and your advisors seem to be giving out the same generic “it’s being allocated on a first come first serve basis” message to everyone. Considering the phone itself only came out a month ago we can only assume you’re receiving one unit a week to give out to the next person in line at this point.

Hi @PAR2910.
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that this has happened.
We are doing our best to get more stock for customers and fulfilling oldest orders first.
DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.
