What an absolute shower got a message from them this morning saying phone will be delivered today then look and they say they have not received parcel yet I spoke to a lovely lady in upgrades who I can’t thank enough for her help who said you had sent out phone. So spoke to someone on DPD live chat who was as much help as a wet fish (yes I am holding my language back here) who kept saying they haven’t got it they will update on the app but won’t get it today. WHY SAY I WILL WHEN THEY DONT HAVE IT!!!!!!!!! This isn’t a rant at EE as they have been extremely helpful today but you really need to have a think about your choice of courier as DPD are a joke and they are doing more damage than good

@Cj69 , I understand that DPD have got some problems, I sent a my old phone to my sister to the pick-up shop, where it was picked up by DPD, but had not got any further, went to the local depot, where the manager found it, and was told they were having problems, at least I had put an address on it, unlike some, as it is scanned in the shop,, she received it, as promised the very next day, not sure whether it is the same where you are, never had a problem with DPD before, always received from DPD on time, but was also told they are very busy. Hope yours gets sorted soon.
