iPhone 12 pro delay

Any chance anyone can help me .

ordered a iPhone 12 pro 128gb graphite on the 23rd of October.

got told 2 weeks delivery and my status on the track app changed from expected delivery 3rd-6th of nov.

now it’s changed again to confirmed delivery

Absolutely nothing by the looks of it mate . Mines said that for about a week and a half .

apparently they have no stock and they are still awaiting Apple to send stock. It’s on apples end for the delay. EE aren’t sure when they will be getting the load of iPhones next 

EE really need to sort out their delivery estimates and stop blaming it on Apple.

 

I ordered a 128GB model on the 16th, stated delivery was launch day at the time of order. Launch day arrives and no phone. I figured I'd cut my losses and switch to a 256GB model as I plan to be taking a lot of videos, expected dispatch within 14 days at the time of order. Yesterday was the 14th day and no phone.

 

It seems everyone but the people setting the delivery estimates on the shop pages are actually aware of the shortages. Will you please just switch it to unknown delivery time and save all your CS team this unneeded hassle from customers rightly expecting their devices within the timeframes you are stating on your storefront?

 

To top this off your CS agents tell you different things each time you speak to them, I had a gentlemen on Wednesday tell me the device was in the warehouse and was waiting to be allocated yet the CS agent I spoke to yesterday said this wasn't the case.

I’ve had the same issue as you. Ordered my iPhone 256gb gold on the 26th and was told it would arrive within 7-10 days. Well I’m now coming up to 14 days and no phone or estimate in sight 

 

I was told I’d have the phone by one customer advisor before the 13th but not sure if that is going to happen. Then spoke to someone today who clearly said they have no pros in stock and there hasn’t been a shipment from Apple which is causing all the delays.

 

checking the Apple website if you order now they have an estimated date of nov 20-27. I don’t really want to be waiting that long for the phone to be honest

It's all a bit silly isn't it?

 

I don't know if it helps for perspectives sake but last Saturday at 1:30 AM my order tracker switched to "Your order is on track" 

 

Earlier tonight this has now changed to "Good news. Your order is coming soon"

 

I'd like to know what metric was used to come to that conclusion because there's no indication it's actually true.

 

I very nearly switched my order again to a Pro Max thinking I'd receive it sooner and I could get on with some of the videos I'd like to make during lockdown, the CS agent couldn't even guarantee I'd receive it on launch day even though it was a whopping 9 minutes after the pre orders opened.

i was going to do the same today but left it as I didn’t want the same delays. My order changed from pre order confirmed to your order is on track on the 2nd nov

 

not sure how it could be on track when it hasn’t arrived in the timeframe I was told by the in store advisors 

 

it’s just a waiting game now and hopefully EE receive the stock this weekend

Yes mine has also changed now to expected to dispatch within 24 hours . Highly unlikely though as I spoke with cs and they basically said There’s no date and I could be waiting weeks as it’s apple who have delayed.

all a big mess to be honest and it’s starting to really P*** me off . if they would of told me this the day I paid for the phone instead of telling me 2 weeks I would of kept my money

Ordered my iPhone 12 pro on 23rd October and I am still waiting on phone ,I have phoned but shop too many times with no information apart from blame game

im on the phone to EE as we speak. Ordered mine on the 26th Oct and yesterday I spoke to web chat advisor who told me my phone was in the “Fufillment Centre” and when ringing the CS team I was told my order was still open and that the delivery address to my phone had not changed from deliver to store to deliver to my address

 

not sure what delays this would cause but I’ve been taking for a mug at the moment with different people from EE giving me false information leading me to believe I have a iPhone assigned to me when in actual reality they don’t even have a phone in stock for me!

 

had I’d known the wait would have been this long I would have ordered from a different network as they seem to have stock available as someone I know received there iPhone earlier than expected and they order on Nov 3rd which was after me as I ordered 26th Oct! 

I feel the same way , if I had known it was going to take this long for delivery I would have held on to my money. Maybe next time I will go with different network
