iPhone 12 mini hasn’t arrived

I ordered the iPhone 12 mini today and chose for it to be delivered by Enjoy with a time slot of 2-4 pm today. I haven’t received a text, email or phone call as promised and it is now after 4pm and my order hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried to call ee but keep getting cut off. I’m not sure what to do

If you call freephone 0800 956 6000 select option 2 then option 1 a sales advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
