iPhone 12 Pro ordered 31 Oct 20

Good evening,

 

I ordered a new upgrade for an iPhone 12 pro on the 31 Oct 20 and I have still not had a delivery date. I am very disappointed as a few of my colleagues and friends already have theirs some on EE and others on different networks. I also have colleagues that have received the 12 Pro Max’s! This makes it more frustrating as the Max’s were released 2 weeks later than my order.


would you be able to look into this for me please because a month is unacceptable when other people have received theirs

This whole process has been so disappointing and frustrating so far. I can't recall how many times I called and contributed in the community, hoping for an update, but its all just automated responses.

 

Day 22 of my 21 expected delivery and still 'Awaiting confirmation" for my iPhone pro pacific blue.. 

@Christopher_G It is an iPhone 12 Pro in gold, 128gb 5g

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Gold on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

Yes I completely understand that the stock is limited and that Apple are having issues etc.  However I currently work in a section with 30 personnel. Out of those 30, I directly know that 5 of them on EE have all ordered 2 weeks after me and they already have theirs. that is definitely not first come first serve.  I have been directly missed and that is simply not good enough or acceptable.

 

There are also another 6 in my section that are on different networks that also ordered after me and they also have theirs.


I’m sure EE customer service will investigate this issue on my behalf! As it has now been 28 days since my initial order.

All orders of the same variant (This includes model, colour and storage size) are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis.

@RMcK - I agree with you. I have been reading through the community and I can see that some people who ordered later than me got theirs delivered (same colour and capacity), so I really don't believe it (unless EE has lost control over this completely).

I am in the same situation like you, same phone ordered on 29th October and still no sign of it.
