Ordered the iPhone 12 pro max.... trading in my iPhone 8 Plus to where EE have sent a trading in pack that needs to be done by the 5th dec and I 100% guarantee I won’t have my new phone. So do I send my phone off or do I get a £140 payment added on to my bill for failing to send the phone as I can’t not have a phone? 🤯
