Pre-ordered the iPhone 12 Pro 128gb graphite in store and it was very much made to sound like I'd be able to collect it today. Now I'm being told the store don't have the delivery and it'll be tomorrow at the earliest? If that's the case why wasn't I told at the time of pre-order? Now I'll need to change weekend plans to collect it, extremely disappointed.
I have! I got notified of it being despatched shortly after this thread and suspiciously it said it was despatched on the 22nd October all of a sudden (lol because I ordered it on the 23rd) but nevertheless it’s here and I’m on it. Worth the wait I swear!!
Right, was just checking who is receiving their orders! Mine currently says between 18th-23rd but it seems highly unlikely. I do know someone who cancelled their order and went through 02 instead. Order before midnight and receive next-day delivery.
Sorry we don't have an estimated delivery timescale for that model. The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'Order now. We will deliver to you as soon as we receive stock from our supplier'.
As soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order, you'll receive a text with tracking information.
Thanks for letting me know as I was told 2 weeks when I first ordered, then I was told 3-5 days about 2 weeks ago. I was on this chat to find out the backlog of orders and decide whether to cancel and get next-day delivery with a different provider.
I pre ordered the iphone 12 pro on 18th October in store was told would be there on launch day it's not 21st Novemver and still waiting . Was told on launch day that it was held up and be there the following Fri but still was not there then told that as going into lockdown it would be sent direct to house and would be no longer than another week and still waiting again. Try calling but I'm not getting any answers to what is being held up . I understand always a slight delay but now over a month .
