Pre-ordered the iPhone 12 Pro 128gb graphite in store and it was very much made to sound like I'd be able to collect it today. Now I'm being told the store don't have the delivery and it'll be tomorrow at the earliest? If that's the case why wasn't I told at the time of pre-order? Now I'll need to change weekend plans to collect it, extremely disappointed.

I've had the same issue to be honest. I placed the order 28th October, was told 2 weeks over the phone explicitly by the EE representative. Two weeks passed, gave it the benefit of the doubt and rang up on that day, was then told another 2 weeks, and now it's over a month? Very frustrating after seeing people who have ordered phones after me receive theirs first. I can understand a couple weeks delay but this is pretty unacceptable. I even checked the Apple website for their time frames on the model I ordered (iPhone 12 Pro 256gb Gold) once the two weeks had passed and it only said one week so I'm not really sure what's happening here?

@James_B This is what I've been informed of, but are you not able to give a more detailed timeframe, I assume EE is given an idea of what stock will be arriving from Apple and when?

I’ve been waiting nearly 4 weeks for one. Same text message every week saying “Good news you delivery is on track”. I was told 3 days! 😂

I’ve been waiting over a month now. Last communication received at the weekend said dispatch in 24 hours still waiting. I have tried for 3 days to get in touch with someone. Also the PAC number I gave on my order has run out.

Oh very keen to take the money out a month ago. Still holding on phone again this time 15 mins. I have other things to do.

@parkspickle @I’ve actually managed to get through to someone every time I’ve rang, especially when dialling through the app but the answer always seems to be the same. That it’s stock issue and that pre orders are the priority.

@parkspickle Not sure if it's a complete coincidence but I placed an order for an Apple Watch last night (via apple) and it said it was set to arrive on Thursday 4th. My DPD app within the hour pretty much said I had parcel arriving one said EE and other unspecified.
They both miraculously arrived today, I checked the link which was being sent out weekly from EE and it hadn't updated till this morning where it said it was dispatched on 22nd Oct (very odd considering I placed the order on the 28th ha). So for anyone else who's waiting I'd suggest setting up an account with DPD using the same email on account with EE and you should get a notification the night before its arriving. It was a long slog, but worth the wait!
