iPhone 12 Pro delay?

Pre-ordered the iPhone 12 Pro 128gb graphite in store and it was very much made to sound like I'd be able to collect it today. Now I'm being told the store don't have the delivery and it'll be tomorrow at the earliest? If that's the case why wasn't I told at the time of pre-order? Now I'll need to change weekend plans to collect it, extremely disappointed.

Seriously, it’s a phone.

Maybe you weren’t lied to, maybe the staff member was misinformed??? Maybe everyone should try and be a bit less dramatic about a phone?

Using words like dishonour...! It’s ridiculous.

And all of the complainers are acting like they only placed their orders because of the delivery date, trying dramatise the situation to try and receive favourable treatment now.

The phone will be there when it gets there, nothing significantly bad will happen as a result of its delay, you would have ordered it even if you had been told it will arrive mid-November, stop being over dramatic about trivial rubbish, get some perspective.

One of us was in the store being lied to and misled, the other is sitting
behind their phone acting like they’re better than everyone else on this
feed who is obviously sharing the same views of EE’s appalling efforts in
their customer service... take that in mind before you come onto a
reviewing section of a site labeled with “iPhone 12 pro delay”. No one is
being dramatic we all just want what we were told we were going to
definitely have, we’re allowed to complain if you don’t like it then do not
read it; it’s simple.

Totally agree with you ! Why is there people even commenting on this post being nasty 🤣 complete freaks!! What part of people will be angry when there waiting on a phone that’s supposed to of been dispatched and still hasn’t, don’t they get? 

I ordered online Friday 23rd October, it said expect delivery in 14 days. I have have no conformation of my order but they have been quick enough taking the £580 to pay off my existing 11 pro max. 

Exactly, we go into lockdown in 2 days so will we get our phones or not? Everyone who’s re ordered the 12 pro is in the same boat here and it feels like EE is doing nothing about it

Exactly I don’t even know how we can solve this because when you call EE they just fob you off and say it’s your problem... 

How will I be notified and is there any way we can get these delivered home instead then? Because all of us who have pre ordered are in the same position here and after the 4th we won’t be able to go into branch either so could you help please

If it isn't possible to collect your phone in store when it arrives, a member of the team will contact you directly to arrange alternative delivery.

I have literally just had a text off EE, phones being delivered tomorrow by DPD. I ordered phone 12 pro on 23rd October. 

What storage and colour mate?

I ordered mine on the 17th and was told to expect the 30th but then it got pushed to the 5th-10th of Nov.

Fingers crossed I recieve between then or before!
