iPhone 12 Pro Order Stuck at "Dispatch expected in 24 hours"

Hi,

 

I ordered a 256GB iPhone 12 Pro in graphite on 28 October.  Last Friday my order status online changed to "Dispatch expected in 24 hours."  It's not updated for the last four days and I've not been notified of any dispatch.

Is my phone coming soon?  If not, is there a way to get the SIM sent separately?  I'm currently on another provider and I'd like to get onto EE asap and port my number.  My existing iPhone X is unlocked.

@david692   You’ll need to speak with customer services to see if that’s possible. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If only I could!  I tried that before posting here.  When I call from my non-EE phone the automated system wants me to enter my EE number to continue.  I don't have an EE number yet.  I tried all sorts but the automated system will not connect me without a valid EE number.  I guess I can try asking a friend who's on EE if I can use their number just to get through! LOL!

You can contact then by Live chat . You don’t need your EE phone number then 😉

Hey! Mines done the exact same as this. EE don’t know why which is ridiculous. How long did it take for you to get your phone? I ordered mine 5weeks ago!!

I had ordered the iPhone 12 Pro in Silver on 27/10. (5 weeks today)

 

I have tracked my order and it says dispatch expected within 24 hours, it has been like this for 3 days so not sure what is happening!

 

I have been told the item is out of stock previously, however I have had no correspondence from EE to say it will be delayed etc.

Hi @Selinaa,

 

If your tracking has updated to say it is dispatching, your phone should be with you soon.

 

You'll get a text message from DPD as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
