I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB Silver. It was out of stock when I ordered but the operator said it'll be with me in 7 days as they expect a dispatch within that time. For that reason, I early upgraded but cannot find any sort of order confirmation or status update? He said I'd find information in orders but I was not given any order number of any sorts. So I literally have no way of checking up on the order.

Would you be able to say how long will this take?Or is there any other "available" colours that I can change my order?

That's as much information as we have for you at the moment, @tom-378.
There are a couple of versions of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Max that you may get sooner. Our Mobile Care team on 150 will be able to run through the options with you.

Hi I ordered my iPhone 12 pro max in pacific blue over 10 days ago now a colleague of EE has told me it will be dispatched on friday last week. Today on the tracker it has said its been dispatched but I have no text from dpd to schedule a delivery time slot? I have been waiting over 10 days now.

Just seen one post ;ordered 10 days ago and the order is on the way. So where is this first come first serve basis??

In support of @tom-378 and all our orders, it clearly seems like everyone is experiencing incorrect dispatch times and false advertising. If the phone won't be available for 4 or 6 weeks then you guys should display as such like apple or other providers instead of the reduced dispatch times and when we call EE back, they just keep increasing the timescale and blame it to demand. We all are aware its a demand issue but we also deserve fair timescales. My 128GB Silver pro max should have been a 7-day dispatch but yesterday I was told it'll now be 4 weeks+. What was the point of paying the early upgrade fee for this?
