I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max 128GB Silver. It was out of stock when I ordered but the operator said it'll be with me in 7 days as they expect a dispatch within that time. For that reason, I early upgraded but cannot find any sort of order confirmation or status update? He said I'd find information in orders but I was not given any order number of any sorts. So I literally have no way of checking up on the order.

Friday 20th November. I was told 7 days and I am happy with that but I have not received a confirmation email of any sorts for the upgrade, neither does my account online reflect anything.

Your My EE account won't show your new plan until your phone is dispatched.
You'll receive a text message with your tracking reference number as soon as your order is dispatched.

But I didn't receive any confirmation email for my upgrade? Also, is the 7-day timeline still I check? Because otherwise, I'll have to pay another month of the bill and it doesn't seem fair as otherwise, I would have upgraded later with a reduced early fee!

Yes, the delivery guidance is still to expect delivery within 7 days, @nasihyadav.

I ordered a new iPhone 12 Pro 5G 256GB on 30th October2020.I was promised in 21 days .Even after 26 days I don't have any updates. Except everything is in order!!!!Any idea what's happening?
